Manages much of the communication, coordination, and planning between Academic Affairs International Programs and the Office of Study Abroad, the Center for International Education, international directors, and international partners. Handles the academic calendars for international campuses. Attends and minutes all International Program staff meetings. Administrative support for one associate vice president and two directors including maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, and general clerical support. Orders and maintains inventory of general office supplies. Orders business cards, stationary, and envelopes for extended campuses. Primary Academic Affairs contact for adjunct faculty with regard to passwords/grade submission. Responsible for sorting, opening, and distributing all department mail. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field required and Missouri Nursing License required. National Certification in Occupational Health or College Health is preferred. Extensive knowledge of practices and techniques of the nursing field such as administering injections, proper dosages, assessing illnesses/injuries, etc. Knowledge and experience in occupational health and/or college health management.
