It’s time to make the move to The PrivateBank. Your professionalism is key when working with our clients as a Teller Associate at our office located at 1401 S Brentwood. As a part time teller, your responsibilities will include the following: 1. Receive deposits for accounts; verify cash, checks and endorsements; process transactions via teller terminal and issue receipts following established procedures for cash return. 2. Accept checks for cashing. 3. Receive and process night deposits, courier and bank by mail deposits. 4. Respond to client inquiries regarding his/her account. 5. Process Treasury Tax and Loan payments issuing receipts. 6. Process loan payments. 7. Balance cash drawer daily. 8. Encode transactions as applicable.. 9. Remove and process ATM deposits and replenish ATM cash as necessary.
A minimum of six months’ teller experience preferred; competency with a windows based teller platform and knowledge of the Metavante system.

This position will be responsible for the preparation and accuracy of semi-monthly payrolls for 400+ employees of CSI Leasing and two subsidiaries using Ceridian payroll processing. Additional responsibilities include the preparation of commission and bonus reports along with calculating the bonuses, as defined by the compensation plans for our Canadian subsidiary.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum 3 years experience processing payroll in a multi-state environment using an automated payroll system and intermediate level proficiency in Excel. Experience preparing payroll using Ceridian Source 500 preferred. Must be detail oriented, have the ability to independently multitask and prioritize workload while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Candidate must have the ability to interact and communicate well with other employees and treat confidential matters appropriately and with discretion. Must be able to handle payroll processing issues and professionally communicate with management and Ceridian.

This position is responsible for entering daily cash receipts, balancing cash receipt reports, researching payments received, preparing monthly journal entries and reconciliations.
