The Outstanding Student Employee Award will be presented to up to three (3) student employees per term. The purpose of this award is to recognize individuals who work at a superior level to serve the department in which they work and Webster University as a whole. In order to be eligible, students need to have been employed in the department for at least three (3) months, work at least 10 hours per week, and maintain at least a 3.0 GPA. Letters of nomination should describe the accomplishments and attributes of the student employee, including demonstration of reliability, initiative/creativity, professionalism, self-management, communication skills, critical thinking, and multiculturalism.

Recipients for the award will receive a plaque at a luncheon held to recognize their contributions. Nominators are invited to accompany their award recipient at the luncheon and say a few words about their contributions.
