Faculty and staff may request access to an email account by calling the Help Desk at 314-968-5995 or toll-free at 1-866-435-7270. This MUST be done over the telephone and you must be calling to activate your own account. We will not activate any account if someone is calling on your behalf. We must have you on the phone as you must be ready and willing to provide several pieces of personal information for authentication purposes.
