What is ResTech?

ResTech is a branch of Information Technology that assists in keeping residential students’ computers clean and running smoothly while they are on the Webster network.

• Drop Off Service

ResTech provides drop-off service for issues such as virus and spyware removal and basic computer cleanup.

• In Room Service

ResTech offers limited in room service appointments for such things as network issues and problems with IPTV

• Consultation & Training

ResTech also provides one-on-one technology training and consultation for those that would like to learn more about certain software and hardware.
