Welcome to Webster University’s strategic plan Web site.  Here you’ll find links to various components of The 20/20 Vision, the strategic plan that outlines our goals, objectives and strategies for the future.

For two years we met with many of the University’s stakeholders.  Students, alumni, faculty and staff members in St. Louis and all over the world, as well as board members, neighbors, deployed students in the military and civic leaders were included.  Add to the mix a bevy of even more people who are interested in University or highly skilled strategists, and you’ll appreciate the transparent, collaborative process we used to create the plan.

We thank the many contributors who helped us review the University’s past, study and analyze our present-day profile and carve the compelling and transformational shape of Webster University’s future.
